Infrastructure World class, modern facilities with experieced manpower makes the difference...
Spread over an area of 7.5 acres workspace, with focus on stringent quality and commitment to customer satisfaction, PAC has become a 10 million USD company. Currently PAC employs 350 workers and has 22 ISO 9001:2000 ancillary units to support the manufacturing process.
Furnaces PAC Foundry is equipped with four induction furnaces with annual melting capacity of 3000 tons.
Metallurgical Laboratories PAC has two metallurgical laboratories equipped with the latest spectrometers, micro hardness-testing machines, Polaroid microscope and other state-of-art equipments to ensure the right chemical composition, hardness, microstructure and physical properties of the casting. PAC follows an automated heat treatment process to obtain better machinability and to retain the customer specific hardness and microstructure of each component.
• Twenty-two ISO 9001:2008 certified auxiliary units handle the semi finish machining capacity of 3000 tons per annum and finish machining facilities to complete the jobs.
• 50 CNC turning centers,
4 vertical machining centers,
4 center-less grinding machines and,
4 fully automatic double spindle turning centers
facilitate high-speed operations with accuracy in a space-effective frame providing maximum productivity.
QC Labs TalyRond: Roundness, concentricity, eccentricity and run-out measurements with reference to LSE, MZC, MIC or MCC; flatness and squareness to LS and MZ. Form TalySurf Plus: Ensures a fast, accurate analysis of form, waviness, and surface texture at the point of component manufacture. Contourecord:Flexible measuring stations for automatic counter measurement and analysis Tesa Microhite: For measuring lengths in the form of external, internal, step, depth, distance dimensions, determination of form and positional errors. CMM: A computer controlled device for measuring the physical and geometrical characteristics of an object defined by a probe attached to the third moving axis of this machine.
