Valve Seats
All bigger diameter valve seats are manufactured in Centrifugal Casting method and smaller diameter valve seats are manufactured in shell stack molding method.

The valve seat inserts have a wide range of chemical composition, which includes Chromium from 11 to 33%, Nickel from 2.5 to 40% with just the right proportion of Vanadium, Molybdenum, Silicon, Carbon, Manganese, Phosphorous, Sulphur, Cobalt, Copper, Niobium and others. PAC Valve Seat Inserts are manufactured in iron, chromium, nickel, and cobalt base material of international standards. PAC Valve Seat Inserts are

  • Tough
  • Do not burn, fracture, flake or crack easily at elevated temperature.
  • Do not corrode (Pitting) or Oxidize in any engine applications.
  • Has the least thermal expansion and can withstand temperature up to 1200°C for high alloyed material.
Valve Seats are manufactured maintaining closest dimensional tolerances thereby assuring longer life to an engine giving maximum efficiency and uninterrupted performance.

Turbo Charger Parts
All ‘Insert Turbine’ and ‘Ring Nozzle’ are manufactured using centrifugal casting method. All ‘bushes’ are manufactured using shell stack molding method.
